There are so many types of greens that will give you multiple benefits when regularly add them to your diet The main benefit is the components include things such as vitamins and nutrients and offer energy, medical, health, and diet advantages. Eating greens daily will leave you feeling more energized, improve digestion, and even help skin tone!
Delicious Green Smoothie
This recipe is the easy way to get your greens. I used spinach but you can substitute it with other greens like kale or romaine lettuce.
1 cup of water
1 large ripe mango
1/2 apple
1/2 orange
1 frozen banana
(3 oz.) 1/2 a bag of fresh baby spinach
cup of ice
tablespoon of honey (optional)
